RE: H999 contest I think I could devise a scheme to keep the shell intact. No guarantees on contents, but I bet I could keep the shells just fine. |

RE: H999 contest The reason for these motors is because it would be more challenging to make an egg survive an H999, H667, or some other REALLY fast motor than something like an H73J. Also, warp 9 is cool 😀 |

RE: Where to buy BP? Not a problem - we don't really care (Actually, standard is better in many ways for our purposes). I too will have an almost full 1lb can of 4F - if you need any, just ask. |

RE: Where to buy BP? Only if it is FFFFg (4F). 3F works too, but 4F is preferred. IIRC, flintlocks only use this for the tiny primer charge. If you have some, bring it though - great if you drop an ejection charge, or som... |

RE: Need help on launch lug sizing That was the last time I saw them - not sure where. I'll never use them again though, unless they came with the motor. Quickbursts work as well or better for $1 each. (about $1.50 each for the K and u... |

RE: Need help on launch lug sizing Yeah - no kidding. As for the designed to fail? I wouldn't go that far, but they're certainly overpriced. $9 for a 3-pack of firstfires? Give me a break 🙄 |

RE: Bubbles in Finish Epoxy Again, like I posted on TRF, maybe try a gelcoat finish rather than straight epoxy? It's designed as a finish layer, and as such should not bubble. |
